Ambrosia Quality Food, a food distribution company is looking to recruit a full - time (or part - time) Sales Administrator to work within a small and friendly team.
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
-Creating orders - Raising invoices will be a core activity (training will be provided)
-Order management - entering orders into the system and keeping track of them, ensuring we meet delivery deadlines
-Liaising with customers via email, Phone and face to face, Logging customer helpdesk queries
-Arranging product samples to be sent to customers as requested
Skills and Qualifications
-High level of attention to detail
-Excellent organisation skills
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
-Customer service skills, 1 year of administrative experience would be beneficial
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
-Usage of Sage software is highly desirable
-Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
-Both English and Greek language is essential
Part-time is also considered.
Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

We are recruiting Support Workers / Care Workers to work with a trusted CQC-registered care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities in supported living and residential care settings.
Please note that this role requires a fluent Greek Cypriot/Greek-speaking carer due to the specific communication and cultural needs of the client, who is Greek Cypriot and speaks only Greek.
This requirement is considered a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 to ensure the client’s safety, wellbeing, comfort and effective day-to-day support.
Shifts available in Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Palmers Green, Enfield.This role is based in supported living and residential care settings and is not home care.
Shifts available: Days/Nights/Weekends

Enhance DBS on the update service is beneficial for timely onboarding, any successful candidate will require either a new Enhanced DBS or one registered with update service and the original certificate to be shown.
Full training can be provided.
